The sealed gas-fired suspended hot air generators with single-stage or modulating premix gas burner, range MX range, are designed for indoor installation to diffuse air directly into the room to be heated.
The MX hot air generator has a compact structure and finds application in heating small and medium-sized commercial and industrial environments, sports facilities, etc.
Product informations
Modulating operation for the larger models, MX 60 and 75, ensures reduced consumption and offers better environmental comfort without excessive burner switching on and off and related temperature fluctuations.
The generators are equipped with a diffuser with vertical and horizontal fins, individually adjustable, which allows the air flow to be directed for optimal distribution. The helical fan for the treated air has low energy consumption and silent operation.
The pre-mixed gas burner ensures perfect mixing of the fuel gas with the combustion air, which together with the semi-radiant flame contributes to hygienic combustion with very low emissions of pollutants.
No condensation operation is envisaged, allowing the installation of MX generators in rooms where it is not easy or impossible to provide a condensate drainage system. condensation. Ideal for the replacement market!

NOTES
• The warm air heaters MX are designed for indoor installation.
• Operation in condensing mode is not forseen.
• The warm air heaters MX are set to G20 natural gas. The conversion kit to natural gas G25 (where applicable) or propane gas G31 can be ordered separately (see accessories).
• The remote control panel is a mandatory accessory for correct operation of the heaters.
SUSPENDED WARM AIR HEATER consisting of:
- Heat exchanger completely made of AISI 430 stainless steel.
- External casing made of pre-painted or powder-coated galvanized steel, with thermal insulation, with burner inspection door.
- Premix burner with low CO and NOx emissions, single-stage for models MX 20÷40 and modulating for models MX 60-75, including semi-radiant flame tubular, modulating mixer and gas-air solenoid valve, DC brushless fan, ignition and ionisation electrodes for flame control.
- Axial fan with single-phase 230V 50Hz 1N electrical motor, complete with safety grid.
- Multifunctional electronic board for control and protection of the warm air heater: ambient temperature control, burner start up, flame supervision and safety functions.
- Multifunctional LED indicator to signal operating conditions or the presence of the main anomalies.
- Safety temperature probe for overheating shutdown.
- Air supply panel with individually adjustable vertical and horizontal fins to direct the warm air flow into the ambient.
- Flue gas exhaust / combustion air intake connectors.
PACKAGE: Warm air heaters are packed in cardboard and pallet-loaded.
