AGRI-DF warm air heater was designed as the answer to the growing need of farmers to heat greenhouses with "down-flow" air diffusion system. A widespread diffusion of warm air at the base of the plants ensures healthy, faster and more intense growth. The warm air heating system allows intermittent operation (only when needed during the coldest hours of the day) and occasional use (only in the cold months of the year), it guarantees also a significant reduction in investment costs and a sure operation saving.

Description

AGRI-DF heats with clean air, avoiding the emission of harmful combustion residues and also reduces excess humidity in the room. The use of clean air and the reduction in humidity make it possible to limit ventilation requirements with clear advantages in terms of energy savings and quality of the growing environment for crops.
The AGRI-DF heater uses state-of-the-art technical solutions, components and materials, designed to achieve the best heating-ventilation performance and selected to ensure reliable operation over the years.
The heat exchanger is made entirely of corrosion-resistant AISI 430 stainless steel, and the combination with blown burners (gas or oil) allows reliable and safe operation even in harsh environments. The ventilation unit consists of a special helical electric fan, characterized by high available pressure and quiet operation.
AGRI-DF significantly improves plant growth by ensuring the necessary amount of heat, at the most suitable temperature in relation to the plant's life cycle.

Supply description

WARM AIR HEATER consisting of:

Heat exchanger with three smokes rounds, completely made of stainless steel AISI 430, complete with an inspection door, chimney connection and burner mounting plate.
External casing in pre-painted galvanized steel with radiation-proof insulation made of metallic internal panels and air.
Support frame
Fan section with one axial fan complete with three-phase electric motor 400V 50Hz 3N and safty grid.
Electrical board for control and protection, complete with sealed electrical board and n°2 FAN-LIMIT double thermostats.
Bottom air outlet plenum with two circular fittings of Ø 500 mm for the connection to the on-ground warm air distribution system.
For oil burner version: single stage forced draught oil burner complete with electric device, nozzle and flexible pipes.
For gas burner version: single stage forced draught gas burner complete with electric device and gas train. In the version with gas burner the heater is supplied with an additional safety thermostat (with manual reset).

NOTES:
• The gas trains for burners are designed to work with normal supply pressure (20 mbar for natural gas and 30 mbar for LPG).
• The burners are supplied equipped with safety/control devices and usual supply accessories foreseen by the supplier.

PACKAGE: Warm air heaters are wrapped in cardboard and pallet-loaded. Accessories are protected in cardboard or plastic film.

15. System of enrichment with carbon dioxide allows the enrichment of CO2 in greenhouse, produced by the combustion process, only during the operation of the unit. It is composed of a regulator, a detector and a deflector device with motorized damper to be installed on the smoke exhaust.
