The AGRI series offers hanging or mobile models, for vertical or horizontal installation. The AGRI warm air heaters employs state-of-the-art technical solutions, components and materials, designed to achieve the best heating-ventilation performance and selected to ensure reliable operation over the years.

Description

The AGRI series heats with clean air and allows excess humidity in the environment to be reduced, and harmful combustion residues to be avoided. The use of clean air and the reduction of humidity make it possible to limit ventilation requirements with clear advantages in terms of energy savings and quality of the growing environment for crops.

AGRI is the modular and flexible solution for every investment in agriculture, from industrial greenhouses for intensive vegetable production to gardens open to the public.

The heat exchanger is made entirely of corrosion-resistant AISI 430 stainless steel, and the combination with blown burners (gas or oil) enables reliable and safe operation even in harsh environments.

AGRI heaters are also used in the livestock sector.

Warm air heaters AGRI are equipped for operation with diesel oil. On request the heater can be adjusted for operation with gas.

Supply description

WARM AIR HEATER consisting of:

Heat exchanger with three smokes rounds, completely made of stainless steel, complete with an inspection door, chimney connection and burner mounting plate.
External casing in pre-painted galvanized steel with radiation-proof insulation made of metallic internal panels and air.
Fan section with one axial fan complete with electric motor and safety grid.
Electrical board for control and protection complete with a control panel and a FAN-LIMIT double-thermostat.
For oil burner version: single stage forced draught oil burner complete with electric device, nozzle and flexible pipes.
For gas burner version: single stage forced draught gas burner complete with electric device and gas train. In the version with gas burner is mandatory to add an additional safety thermostat with manual reset.

NOTES:
• The gas trains for burners are designed to work with normal supply pressure (20 mbar for natural gas and 30 mbar for LPG).
• The burners are supplied equipped with safety/control devices and usual supply accessories foreseen by the supplier.

DELIVERY: Ex works our factory.

PACKAGE: Warm air heaters are wrapped in cardboard and palletloaded. Accessories are protected in cardboard or plastic film.
