Description

External casing in pre-painted or powder-coated galvanized steel with insulation.

Heat exchanger three smokes rounds, with combustion chamber made of AISI 430 stainless steel, smoke pipes in AISI 304 stainless steel including turbolators, exhaust manifold with condensate discharge, inspection doors, chimney connection and burner mounting plate with insulation.

Fan section with one or more high performance centrifugal fans, complete with electric motor and variable belt transmission.

Electrical board for control and protection of the warm air heater designed for three phase electrical motor supply 400V 50Hz 3N, complete with FAN-LIMIT double thermostat (n°1 with manual reset and n°1 with automatic reset).

3. Air filter complete with metallic cabinet, with replaceable and regenerable filter elements, safety pressure switch for burner stopping when filter elements are obstructed (excluded for ENERGY 60 and ENERGY 105 models).

4. Air diffusion plenum complete with three or more air delivery grills and one or more closing panels depending on the model. The plenum is supplied disassembled, to be mounted on site by the customer.

5. Air delivery grill for plenum, with double row of vertical and horizontal adjustable fins to allow the air diffusion on the fourth side.

6. Closing panel or plenum in case of removal of one or more air delivery grills.

Regulation damper made of galvanized steel, with opposed closing/opening blades and actuator pin. Power supply singlephase 230V 50Hz 1N.

Manual control with different positions for air inlet damper.

Damper proportional actuator - Tecnoclima spa

Damper proportional actuator degree IP 54, for the damper regulation.

Remote control for the remote damper command with 0 ÷ 10V output.

Control system

The Tecnoclima cabinet warm air heaters ENERGY series can be equipped with a room chronothermostat for simple and intuitive management.
The device works with any type of burner, single-stage / two-stage / modulating and displays the main values regarding the operating of the air heater.
Normally the display shows the room temperature, time and operating status of the air heater.

The panel can be used to access other functions such as:
• Changing the set-point of the required room temperature.
• Display of additional sensors on board the machine.
• Display and reset of the alarms.
• When required, setting of the operating time periods.
• Variation of some operating parameters.
