for direct air diffusion with modulating premix gas burnerAirBlu warm air heaters is designed to meet the growing need for a universal, compact and efficient product for heating industrial and agricultural environments of various sizes.
Product informations
AirBlu is equipped with components:
- compact heat exchanger made entirely of AISI 430 stainless steel,
- fan capable of operating at temperatures as low as -30°C, complete with suction plenum self-supporting structure with anti-radiation thermal insulation of the surfaces most exposed to heat exchanger radiation
- environmentally sealed burner compartment.
These special features make the product robust and reliable and allow it to meet all installation requirements.
The appliance operates with variable heat output over a wide modulation range, regulated fully automatically by the remote control panel with integrated or remote room temperature probe. Modulation significantly reduces consumption and ensures better room comfort. AirBlu can be installed indoors hanging from the ceiling or outdoors on the roof (with the Kit for outdoor installation) and used for direct diffusion of warm air into the room in both horizontal and vertical directions.
In the case of vertical projection in very high rooms, the special supply cone (accessory) can be applied to perfectly direct the flow of hot air.
The construction allows operation with total recirculation of air from the room, but also offers the possibility of external air intake through a short duct or special accessory Intake plenum extension kit.

WARM AIR HEATER consisting of:
- Heat exchanger completely made of stainless steel.
- External casing made of pre-painted or powder-coated galvanized steel, with thermal insulation of the surfaces most exposed to the heat exchanger radiation, with burner inspection door. Reinforced thermal insulation for outdoor version.
- Eyebolts for heater suspension.
- Premix burner with low CO and NOx emissions, with wide regulation range, including semi-radiant flame tubular, modulating mixer and gas-air solenoid valve, DC brushless fan, ignition and ionisation electrodes for flame control.
- Axial fan suitable to work with temperatures down to -25°C, with electrical motor three-phase 400V 50Hz 3N, complete of air intake plenum.
- Multifunctional electronic board for control and protection of the warm air heater: ambient temperature control, burner start up, flame supervision and safety functions.
- Safety temperature probe for overheating shutdown.
- Combustion air intake and flue exhaust connectors.
PACKAGE: Warm air heaters are wrapped in cardboard and pallet-loaded.
